Any customers who wish to get a refund on thier Photo-Ops MUST contact us by Friday November 13th by midnight. Refunds will be sent the Tuesday after the Show. NO EXCEPTIONS
If you wanted a refund and failed to contact us before November 13th, you can exchange your photo-op with other ones.
